Our Heritage

Your Journey, Your Home, Farm Middelfontein, Loubad.

Middelfontein, Loubad farm.

The farm has been a part of the Lewis family heritage since 1852. The original farm was approximately 4500 "Kaapse Morg". The Loubad spring has been a well-known attraction and place for swimming since the Voortrekkers. Loubad is just outside Modimolle (previously known as Nylstroom).

Loubad is situated approximately 40 km from Bela Bela, and approximately 20 km from Modimolle in the Waterberg area in Limpopo province +/-1.5Hrs from Pretoria. Our main attraction is our totally natural spring, definitely, one of a kind where you can relax in the warm water. We offer self-catering chalets which sleep 2 Adults and 2 children at very affordable rates.

Please be prepared to drive on a gravel road when you come to visit us
